We, Linkio SAS, with company registration no. 811772029, RCS Grenoble, France (“Linkio”) are responsible for all processing activities of your personal data within Linkio App (the “Application”). The Application is an application that you may decide to connect to your product(s) compatible with the Application (collectively the “Linkio Home smart Products”) or products from third parties which through collaborations between the third party and Linkio are made compatible with the Application (“Third Party Products”). We greatly respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting it through compliance with this privacy statement. We commit ourselves to be transparent with you by providing clear information about what personal data we collect; what we do with it and why; who we disclose it to; how we protect personal data and what choices you have regarding the use of your personal data by us and third parties.
2. What personal data do we collect and why?
We are happy that you share none of your personal data with us! We want to make your experience with us as joyful, meaningful and simple as possible. To achieve this we do not collect any information about you.
3. Why is Location necessary for your app?
To enable the app to perform Bluetooth operations, location is required.
Activating the location in the app allows Bluetooth Low Energy on your smartphone or Tablet to look for / scan bluetooth devices.
Deactivating Location may cause the Application to not operate properly.
As a reminder, we do not collect data from your app, even if Location is enabled.
